Money in the hands of women
changes what the world looks like

I am obsessed with this for one reason.

Social media lets a woman who is excellent at something get paid for it, without handing over her life to do it.

I wanted to be present. I was not willing to miss the moments that do not come back, and I was not interested in anyone telling me I could not have both.

So I built a seven figure business while raising my kids full time, and I did not miss the parts I would not have gotten back.

Women have the advantage here, and almost nobody says it out loud.

The entire game is communication and connection. That is the thing we are already exceptional at.

Here is what I actually believe.

When women hold more of the money, companies change. Boards change. What gets built changes, and who it gets built for changes.

That is not a nice sentiment to end a podcast on. It is the reason the show exists.
